Russian econ minister sees ’15 cap outflow at $90 bln
MOSCOW, Jul 7 (PRIME) -- Russia’s capital outflow will stand at U.S. $90 billion in 2015, Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev told reporters Tuesday, saying that this is lower than the ministry’s latest official forecast.
Finance Minister Anton Siluanov earlier gave an even lower capital outflow estimate, of $80 billion.
